What we collect
When you create an account we store your name and email address. When you ask for a mentor we store what you share in the application: your age, study level, course, institution, career interests and what you need help with. Mentor applicants share their name, email, phone number, college, role, experience, LinkedIn profile and availability. Job applicants share the details and documents in their application.
How we use it
We use this information to review requests, match students with mentors, run mentorship sessions, process job applications and send emails about your account, application or sessions. We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see it
The SUPRA Connect team can see your information. When you are matched, your mentor or student sees what they need for the session. Our service providers (Google Firebase for accounts and data, Vercel for hosting, and our email provider) process data on our behalf.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics through Firebase to understand how the website is used, such as which pages are visited. This uses cookies or similar technology in your browser.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing team@supraconnect.in. Deleting your account removes your profile and applications, except records we must keep by law.
